Claims (3)

  1. 액정셀에 액정을 주입하기 위한 액정 표시소자의 액정주입 장치에 있어서, 액정쟁반(3)위의 액정쟁반 바(4) 주위에 Al2O3(9)로 코팅된 금속전극(8)을 설치하고, 상기 금속전극(8)에 전압을 걸어줄 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 액정주입 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Al2O3코팅막의 두께가 0.2㎛~0.5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 액정주입 장치.
  3. 액정셀(2)에 액정을 주입하기 위하여, 액정셀(21)의 액정주입구(7)을 액정쟁반(3)의 액정쟁반바(4)위에 있는 액정과 접촉하게 하고, 액정쟁반바(4) 주위에 Al2O3코팅막(9)으로 코팅된 금속전극(5)을 설치하고 상기 금속전극(5)에 전압을 걸어줄 수 있게 하여 액정주입시 금속전극에 전압을 걸어주어, 불순물이 Al2O3코팅막에 잡히게 하여 정제된 액정을 액정셀에 주입할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 액정주입 방법.
