제1도는 본 발명 액정 전기광학 장치의 단면도, 제2도는 본 실시예에 이용한 액정 마이크로캅셀의 일부 절개도. 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 액정 전기광학장치의 투과율ㆍ전압특성을 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (2)
- 표면에 전극 및 리드를 갖는 제1기판상에 내경이 0.2~50㎛의 지름을 갖는 플라스틱 구상물(球狀物)내에, 액정재료를 봉입하고, 동시에 그 표면을 열경화 또는 광경화성수지로 피복한 마이크로 캅셀과, 1~50㎛의 지름을 갖는 스페이서와의 혼합물을 산포해서, 1~500㎛의 두께로, 상기 기판상에 입힌 후, 감압 분위기하에서 표면에 전극 및 리드를 갖는 제2기판을 겹쳐, 상기 기판에 대해서 가압 및 가열 또는, 가압 및 UV조사(照射)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정전기 광학장치의 제조방법.
- 표면에 전극 및 리드를 갖는 제1기판상에 내경이 0.2~50㎛의 지름을 갖는 플라스틱 구상물(球狀物)내에, 액정재료와 색소재료를 봉입하고, 동시에 그 표면을 열경화 또는 광경화성 수지로 피복한 마이크로 캅셀과, 1~50㎛의 지름을 갖는 스페이서와의 혼합물을 산포해서, 1~500㎛의 두께로, 상기 기판상에 입힌 후, 감압 분위기하에서 표면에 전극 및 리드를 갖는 제2기판을 겹쳐, 상기 한쌍의 기판에 대해서, 감압 및 가열 또는, 가압 및 UV조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정전기 광학장치의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
