Claims (6)
- 제1부재와 축을 가지는 변속기 부품에 있어서, 상기 제1부재에 형성되며 상기 축에 인접한 상기 제1부재의 표면에 개방되는 제1부재 통로와, 상기 축에 형성되며 상기 제1부재 통로에 인접한 상기 축의 표면에 개방되는 제1축 통로와, 상기 제1부재에 형성되며 적어도 상기 제1부재 스플라인의 일부가 각이진 측부를 가지는 다수의 제1부재 스플라인과, 상기 축에 형성되며 상기 제1부재 스플라인과 맞물리며 적어도 상기 축 스플라인의 일부가 상기 제1부재 스플라인의 대응하는 각이진 측부와 맞물리는 각이진 측부를 가지는 다수의 축 스프라인을 구비하며, 상기 제1부재 스플라인과 상기 축 스플라인의 수 및 위치는 상기 제1축 통로 주위의 상기 축의 표면에 대항하여 밀봉적으로 상기 제1부재 통로 주위의 상기 제1부재의 표면을 가압하는 순힘을 발생하기 위해 토오크의 적용시에 상기 각이진 측부에 의해 발생된 방사상 힘에 불평형을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축 스플라인은 상기 축 주위에 대칭적으로 위치되며, 적어도 하나의 대응 스플라인은 상기 순힘을 발생하기 위해 상기 제1부재 스플라인으로 부터 생략된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 부품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스플라인은 상기 제1부재 통로의 각 측부상의 상기 제1부재 스플라인으로부터 생략된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 부품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 기어의 내부에 형성되며 상기 축 스플라인과 맞물리는 다수의 기어 스플라인에 의해 상기 축에 설치되며 그와함게 회전하도록 고정된 다수의 기어도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변소기 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기축에 축 표면으로 개방되는 제2축 통로가 형성되며, 상기 제2부재에 형성되며 상기 제2축 통로에 인접한 상기 제2부재의 표면에 개방되는 제2부재 통로와, 상기 제2부재에 형성되며 적어도 상기 제2부재 스플라인의 일부가 상기축 스플라인의 대응하는 각이진 측부와 맞물리는 각이진 측부를 가지는 다수의 제2부재 스플라인을 구비하는 제2부재도 포함하며, 상기 제2부재 스플라인과 상기 축 스플라인의 수 및 위치는 상기 제2축 통로 주위에 상기 축의 표면에 대항하여 밀봉적으로 상기 제2부재 통로 주위의 상기 제2부재의 표면을 가압하는 힘을 발생하기 위해 토오크 적용시 상기 각이진 측부에 의해 발생된 방사상힘에 불평형을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 상기 제1부재 통로내의 유압에 의해 작동되는 작동 피스톤을 가지는 클러치 드럼을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
