제1도는 본 발명의 촉매의 제조공정을 나타내는 플로우차아트이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고체촉매 성분과 유기금속화합물을 촉매로하여 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합하는 방법에 있어서, 그 고체촉매 성분이 〔I〕(I)규소산화물 및/ 또는 알루미늄산화물, (2)할로겐화마그네슘 및 일반식Me(OR)nXz-n(여기에서 Me는 주기율표 I~Ⅳ족의 원소, z는 원소 Me의 원자가 n은 O〈nz. X는 할로겐 원자, R는 탄소수1~20의 탄화수소잔기를 나타낸다)로 표시하는 화합물을 반응시켜서 얻은 반응 생성물 및 (3)일반식 Ti(OR1)mX4-m(여기에서 R1은 탄소수 1~20의 탄화수소잔기, X는 할로겐원자를 표시하고 m은 Om4이다)로 표시하는 티탄화합물을 일반식 R2OH(여기에서 R2는 탄소수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 또는 산소, 질소 황, 염소등의 원소를 함유하는 유리잔기를 표시한다)로 표시하는 화합물의 존재하, 서로 반응시켜서 얻어지는 반응 생성물.〔Ⅱ〕일반식 Al(OR3)pR4 qX3-(p+q)(여기에서 R3및R4는 탄소수1~24의 탄화수소잔기를 표시하며, 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋고, X는 할로겐원자 또는 수소원자를 표시하고 p,q는Op〈3, Oq3, 다만, O〈p+q3)로 표시하는 유기알루미늄 화합물 및 〔Ⅲ〕일반식 R5 aR6 bR7 cSi(OR8)dX4-(a+b+c+d)(여기에서 R5,R6,R7은 수소 또는 탄소수 1~20의 탄화수소잔지를 표시하고, R8은 탄소수 1~20의 탄화수소잔지를 표시하며, X는 할로겐원자를 표시하고, a,b,c,및 d는 Oa〈4, Ob〈4, Oc〈4, O〈d4, 다만 O〈a+b+c+d≤4이다)로 표시하는 규소 화합물을 서로 또는 임의의 순서로 반응시켜서 얻어지는 물질로서 됨을 특징으로 하는 플리올레핀의 제조방법.
