제1도는 본 발명에 따른 벨트 컨베이어 시스템의 제1실시예의 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 부분절단 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 주행로에서 서로 부분적으로 중첩하여 그 중첩부 사이에 피운반재를 샌드위치시켜 운반하는 1쌍의 무단주행 평벨트로 구성되는 벨트 컨베이어 시스템에 있어서, 1쌍의 푸시판이 벨트들 각각의 배면과 슬라이딩 접촉하도록 벨트의 중첩부의 주행방향에 평행하게 배치되어 체결체에 고정되며, 이에 의해 벨트의 중첩부의 적어도 양옆 가장자리가 상기 푸시판에 의해 샌드위치된 상태에서 벨트의 주행이 안내되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 컨베이어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 푸시판들중 적어도 하나는 다른 푸시판에 대해 이동방향으로 위치조절 상태에서 상기 체결체에 고정되는 벨트 컨베이어 시스템.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 푸시판들중 적어도 하나는 그의 양측단부가 벨트이 양옆 가장자리와 슬라이딩 접촉하도록 구부러진 벨트 컨베이어 시스템.
