Abstract

샌드위치식 컨베이어 시스템은 2쌍의 상단 풀리와 하단 풀리, 및 운반할 재료를 대향면들 사이에 샌드위치 시키도록 각 쌍의 상단 풀리와 하단 풀리 사이에 크랭크 형태로 걸려 있는 2개의 무단 컨베이어 벨트로 이루어진다.
이러한 시스템에서, 축소 중앙 부분, 테이퍼 부분 및 확대 단부 부분을 갖는 안내 로울러가 상기 크랭크의 벤트 위치에 배치된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 2쌍의 상단 풀리와 하단 풀리, 및 운반할 재료를 대향면들 사이에 샌드위치시키도록 각 쌍의 상단 풀리와 하단 풀리 사이에 크랭크 형태로 걸려 있는 2개의 무단 컨베이어 벨트로 이루어진 샌드위치식 컨베이어 시스템에 있어서, 축소 중앙 부분, 테이퍼 부분 및 확대 단부 부분을 갖는 안내 로울러가 운반재료를 컨베이어 벨트들중 하나와 함께 다른 컨베이어 벨트쪽으로 밀어붙이도록 상기 크랭크의 벤트위치에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치식 컨베이어 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 로울러는 크랭크의벤트위치에서 컨베이어 벨트들중 더 작은 곡률반경을 갖는 컨베이어 벨트의 내측에 배치되는 샌드위치식 컨베이어 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 로울러의 축소 중앙 부분이 확대 단부부분들과 별체로 되어 있는 샌드위치식 컨베이어 시스템.
