Abstract

본 발명은 피반송물을 파이프내에서 막히게 하거나 파이프내에 피반송물을 자존시키거나 하지 않고 원활하고도 확실하게 반송한다.
또, 본 발명은 반송용 파이프(1)과, 파이프(1)의 단면 형상에 맞추어 형성된 블레이드(2)와, 블레이드(2)를 적당한 간격으로 복수 연결하고 또 순환 구동하는 무단형 링크 체인(3)을 구비하고, 무단형 링크 체인(3)의 순환 구동에 수반하여 파이프(1)내를 이동하는 블레이드(2)에 의해 파이프(1)내에 투입된 피반송물을 반용하는 파이프 콘베이어에 있어서, 상기 블레이드(2)를, 파이프(1)의 내경과거의 같거나 상기 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖는 탄성 블레이드(21)과, 탄성 블레이드(21) 배면에 고정되어 이를 지지하는 만곡판(22)으로 구성하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 반송용 파이프와, 이 파이프의 단면 형상에 맞추어 형성된 블레이드와, 블레이드를 적당한 간격으로 복수개 연결하고 또 순환 구동하는 무단형 링크 체인을 구비하고, 무단형 링크 체인의 순환구동에 수반하여 파이프 내를 이동하는 블레이드에 의해 파이프 내에 투입된 피반송물을 반송하는 파이프 콘베이어에 있어서, 상기 블레이드를, 상기 파이프의 내경과 거의 같거나 상기 내경보다 작은 외경을 갖는 탄성 블레이드와, 탄성 블레이드의 배면에 고정되어 이를 지지하는 지지체로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 콘베이어.
