Abstract

본 발명은 콘베이어 위의 물건을 뒤짚기 위해 딥을 포함하는 콘베이어 장치에 대한 것이다. 본 콘베이어 장치는 콘베이어 벨트위에 있는 물건을 확실히 뒤짚기 위해 연속적인 딥을 장치한 콘베이어 벨트를 가지고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 콘베이어를 구체화한 상부 사시도이며,
제1a도는 구동력을 콘베이어에 전달하는 구동장치축과 종단룰러의 일부분을 형성하는 암수 구동장치 연결을 나타내는 분해도이며,
제2도는 제1도에 나타난 콘베이어의 부분에 대한 구체적 표현이며,
제3도는 제1도에 나타난 콘베이어의 부분의 측면도이며,
제4도는 제1도에 나타난 콘베이어의 측면도이며,
제5도는 다른 배치를 한 콘베이어 벨트를 갖는, 제1도에 나타난 콘베이어의 측면도이며,
제6도는 또 다른 배치를 한 콘베이어 벨트를 갖는, 제1도에 나타난 콘베이어의 측면도이며,
제7도는 제1도에 나타난 동작위치에 있는 콘베이어를 갖는 주방용 장치의 측단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 콘베이어벨트 장치와 콘베이어의 제1, 제2종단부를 포함하는 콘베이어 장치로서, 상기 콘베이어 벨트 장치는 제1, 제2종단부 사이에 위치하며, 제1, 제2종단부 사이에 있는 콘베이어 벨트 장치의 부분은 재료를 운반하도록 배치되어 있으며, 상기 부분은 콘베이어 벨트장치에 적어도 하나의 딥을 포함하여, 사용할때 딥에서 재료가 콘베이어 벨트장치의 하부로 떨어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콘베이어가 콘베이어의 수평선 밑에 바로 위치하는 안내롤러를 포함하여 휘어진 홈안에 장착되는 딥을 만들어내고 콘베이어의 인장 장치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인장장치가 콘베이어의 제1, 제2종단부의 어느한쪽 또는 양쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 종단 롤러에 고착되어 있는 기어 휠 또는 스프로케트로서 구동장치에 고착시키기 위해 종단롤러를 암수구동장치 커플링으로 연결하고, 따라서 구동력을 콘베이어에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘베이어 장치.
  5. 첨부 도면들과 관련하여 명세서에서 설명된 바와 실질적으로 동일한 콘베이어 장치.
