Claims (23)

  1. 입력장치를 갖는 전화기를 제공하고, 상기 전화기내에 편의 시설 인식정보를 저장하고, 상기 전화기에서 사용자의 요금계산 정보를 입력 및 저장하고, 상기 전화기내 저장된 편의 시설 인식정보와 연계된 편의 시설을 선택하기 위해 편의 시설 선택정보를 입력하고, 상기 편의 시설 선택정보 및 이용자의 요금계산 정보의 입력에 따라 상기 전화기를 원격 요금계산 스테이션에 연결하고, 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에 상기 전달된 이용자의 요금계산 정보 및 편의 시설 식별정보를 전달하고, 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에서 수신된 상기 요금계산 정보를 확인하며, 그리고 상기 수신된 요금계산 정보를 확인한 후 상기 수신된 편의 시설 식별 정보와 연결한 편의 시설 스테이션에 전화기를 연결하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 전화기로 부터 편의 시설들을 억세스하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전화기의 입력장치는 카드판독기를 포함하고 또한 전화선으로 부터 상기 전화선이 연결된 전력을 수신하고 카드판독기에 전력을 공급할 수 있는 전력공급으로 변환하고 그로 부터 카드판독기에 전력을 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입력장치는 디코드되기 위해 전화기 키들르 더 포함하고, 전화선 상에 연계된 DTMT 신호를 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전화기에서 이용자의 요금계산 정보를 입력하고 저장하는 단계는 요금계산 정보를 포함하고 상기 카드판독기에 이용될 카드가 받아들여 판독될수 있는지를 판단하고, 상기 카드가 판독될 수 있다고 판단한 후 상기 전화기에서 상기 전화기 카드정보를 저장하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 편의 시설 선택정보를 입력하는 단계는 상기 키들의 각각과 연계된 키보드를 각각의 편의 시설에 제공하고, 상기 전화기내에 상기 각각의 편의 시설들과 연계된 편의 시설 식별 정보를 저장하며, 그리고 상기 누름키에 연계된 상기 키들중 하나를 누름에 따라 편의 시설 식별정보를 출력하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전화기를 원격 요금계산 스테이션과 연결하는 단계는 전하기 센츄렬 오피스 스위칭 네트워크의 위치에서 원격 요금계산 스테이션을 위치시키며 상기 전화기 센츄렬 오피스 스위칭 네트워그를 통해 상기 전화기를 상기 요금계산 스테이션에 연결하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에서 상기 요금계산 정보를 확인하는 단계는 상기 수신된 요금계산 정보를 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에서 억세스블한 데이타베이스와 비교하는 단계를 포함하며, 이때 상기 요금계산 정보가 상기 데이타베이스내 상기 요금계산 정보와 비교해서 사실인지의 확인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전화기를 편의 시설 스테이션에 연결하는 상기 단계가 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에 의해 상기 각 억세스블한 편의 시설에 대한 정보를 루팅하고 복수의 인가코드를 저장하고, 상기 수신된 편의 시설 정보와 연계된 편의 시설에 대한 정보를 루팅하고 상기 인가코드를 억세스하며, 상기 루팅 정보에 따라 상기 편의 시설 스테이션을 억세스하고 상기 인가코드를 전송하며, 그리고 상기 인가코드의 인식된 수신후 상기 전화기를 상기 편의 시설 스테이션에 연결하는 단계로 구성되 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전화기와 억세스된 상기 편의 시설중 특정 하나사이에서 발생한 트랜잭션에 관해서 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에서 트랜잭션 정보를 저장하는 단계로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 전화기를 통해 이용자의 요금계산정보 및 편의 시설 식별정보를 원격계산 위치로 입력하기 위해 상기 전화기를 제공하고, 상기 원격 요금계산 위치에서 상기 수신된 요금계산 정보를 확인하며, 그리고 상기 요금계산 정보의 확인에 따라 상기 수신된 편의 시설 식별정보와 연계된 편의 시설 위치에 상기 전화기 연결을 루팅하는 단계로 구성되며 상기 전화기로 부터 편의 시설들을 억세스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전화기를 통해 이용자의 요금계산 정보 및 편의 시설 정보를 입력하는 단계가 크레디트 카드를 판독하기 위해 카드판독기를 제공하고, 상기 카드판독기를 통해 크레디트 카드를 패스하고, 상기 크레디트 카드로 부터 판독된 정보를 저장하고, 미리 저장된 편의 시설 식별정보를 제공하고, 상기 미리 저장된 편의 시설 식별정보로 부터 소정의 편의 시설에 관한 편의 시설 식별정보를 선택하고, 상기 크레디트 카드로 부터 상기 요금계산 정보의 입력 및 소정의 편의 시설과 연계한 편의 시설 식별정보의 선택에 따라 전화기를 상기 원격 요금계산 위치에 연결시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전화기가 연결되는 전화선으로 부터 전력을 수신하며, 그리고 상기 전화선으로 부터 전력을 상기 카드판독기에 전력을 공급하기 위해 전압으로 변환하며 상기 변환된 전압으로 상기 카드판독기에 전력을 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전화기 연결을 루팅하는 단계가 억세스된 편의 시설 스테이션들 중 특정 하나와 상기 전화기 사이에 발생한 트랜잭션에 관해 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에서 트랙잭션 정보를 저장하는 단계를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 입력장치를 갖는 전화기를 제공하고, 상기 전화기에 편의 시설 식별정보를 저장하고, 상기 전화기에서 이용자의 요금계산 정보를 입력 및 저장하고, 상기 전화기내에 저장된 편의 시설 식별 및 메시지 정보와 연계한 편의 시설을 선택하기 위해 편의 시설 선택정보를 입력하고, 편의 시설 선택정보의 상기 입력에 따라 원격 요금계산 스테이션 및 상기 편의 시설에 대한 루팅정보를 포함하고 있는 콜링스트링을 조립하며, 그리고 상기 전화기를 통해 상기 콜링스트링을 원격 요금계산 스테이션으로 루트하여 상기 편의 시설 식별 및 메시지 정보가 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션에 루트되는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 전화기로 부터 편의 시설들을 억세스하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전화기상에서 입력장치가 카드판독기를 포함하며 전화선이 연결되는 상기 전화선으로 부터 전력을 수신하고, 상기 수신된 전력을 상기 카드판독기에 전력을 공급할 수 있는 전력공급으로 변환하며, 그렇게 함으로써 상기 카드판독기에 전력을 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 입력장치가 상기 전화선 상에서 디코드되는 연계된 DTMF신호를 전달하기 위해 전화기 키들을 구성하므로써 상기 전화기 키들중 하나를 눌러 상기 콜링스트링과 조립하기 위해 편의 시설 정보및 메시지 정보를 선택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  17. 중앙 사무소에 연결하기 위한 전화기, 상기 전화기내에 편의 시설 식별정보를 위한 편의 시설 저장 장치, 상기 전화기에서 이용자의 요금계산 정보를 입력 및 저장하기 위한 요금계산 입력장치, 사기 저장장치내 저장된 편의 시설 정보와 연계한 편의 시설을 선택하기 위해 편의 시설 선택정보를 입력하는 편의 시설 선택장치, 상기 전화기를 원격 요금계산 스테이션과 연결하는 통신링크, 상기 이용자의 요금계산 정보 및 상기편의 시설 선택정보의 입력에 따라 상기 통신링크를 통해 상기 전화기를 상기 원격 요금계산 스테이션과 연결하고 상기 원격 요금계산 위치로 상기 요금계산 정보 및 상기 선택된 편의 시설 식별정보를 전달하기 위한 제어수단, 상기 전달된 요금계산 정보 및 선택된 편의 시설 식별정보를 수신하기 위해 상기 원격 요금계산 위치에 위치한 저장-및-전송 스위치, 상기 이용자의 요금계산 정보가 타당한지를 판단하기 위해 상기 이용자의 요금계산 정보를 확인하는 확인장치를 포함하는 상기 저장-및-전송 스위치, 그리고 상기 요금계산 정보의 확인에 따라 상기 전화기를 상기 선택된 편의 시설 식별정보에 상용한 편의 시설과 연결하도록 동작하는 상기 저장-및-전송스위치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신시스템을 통해 편의 시설들을 억세스 시스템.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 요금계산 입력장치가 크레디트 카드를 판독하기 위해 카드판독기를 포함하고 이때 카드판독기가 크레디트 카드로 부터 요금계산 정보를 축출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 전화기가 연결되는 전화선으로 부터 전력을 수신하며 상기 카드판독기에 전력을 공급해 주기 위해 상기 전력을 전압으로 변환하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 카드판독기와 인터페이스로 연결된 크레디트 카드가 양호 한지를 판단하는 수단을 더 포함하며 그 정보가 상기 크레디트 카드로부터 검색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 선택장치가 각각이 소정의 편의 시설과 연계된 복수의 키를 갖는 키보드, 및 상기 키들중 하나를 누름에 따라 상기 편의 시설 저장장치로 부터 상기 눌려진 키와 연계된 편의 시설과 연계된 편의 시설 식별정보를 억세스하는 수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 통신링크가 상기 전화기 센츄럴 스위칭 장치와 상기 원격 요금계산 위치 사이에 위치한 전화선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  23. 전화선을 통해 음성정보를 전달 및 수신하는 전화기, 크레디트 카드를 판독하고 그렇게 함으로써 요금계산 정보를 축출하는 저전력 카드판독기, 상기 저전력 카드판독기에 전력을 공급해 주기 위해 전화선으로 부터 충분한 전류를 갖는 전력공급 전압으로 전화선 전력을 변환하는 전력공급, 및 상기 크레디트 카드로 부터 상기 요금계산 정보를 축출하고 상기 전화선 및 전화기를 통해 상기 축출된 요금계산 정보를 전달하기 위해 상기 카드판독기를 제어하는 처리장치로 구성되고 전화시스템을 통해 요금계산정보를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
