Claims (15)
- (A)적어도 하나의 유기 용매, 및 (B)적어도 하나의 전착 가능한 금속의 염을 더하여 함유하며, (C)적어도 하나의 유기산 및 (D)상기 염(B)의 용해를 용이하게 하는 적어도 하나의 전착하지 않는 금속의 염으로 이루어진 균일한 용액으로 구성된 광변조 장치용 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매(A)는 끓는 점이 100℃이상이거나 및/또는 어는점이 0℃이하임을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매(A) 끓는 점이 100℃이상이고 어는 점은 0℃이하임을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염(B)의 전착 가능한 금속은 아연, 카드뮴, 납, 은, 구리, 철, 니켈, 주석, 인듐, 플라티늄, 필라듐, 금, 비스무스, 안티모니, 텔루륨, 망간, 탈륨, 셀레늄, 갈륨, 비소, 수은, 크롬, 텅스텐 및 몰립덴으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전착 가능한 금속의 염(B)은 비스무스의 염, 구리(Ⅰ)의 염 또는 상기 두가지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염(B)은 음이온은 브롬화물, 염소화물 및/또는 요오드화물 인것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 염(B)은 음이온은 브롬화물, 염소화물 및/또는 요오드화물 인것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기산(C)은 아세트산, 레블리닉산 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염(D)은 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속이며 그의 음이온이 전착 가능한 금속에 대하여 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 염(D)은 브롬화물, 염소화물 및/또는 요오드화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 염(D)은 브롬화튬 인것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속의 보조염(E)을 더하여 함유하며, 그의 음이온이 상기 염(B)의 전착 가능한 금속에 대하여 약한 착물인것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 보조염(E)은 과염소산 리튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질.
- 양 전극의 안쪽 표면에서 전도성 있는 물질로 코팅하고, 음극과 양극 사이의 공간에는 상기 제1항과 전해질로 가득 채워놓은 투명한 양극 및 음극으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광전기 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전해질도 알카리 금속 및 알카리 토금속 보조염(E)을 함유하고 그의 음이온은 상기 염(B)의 전착 가능한 금속에 대하여 약한 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전기 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
