Claims (9)

  1. 사고로 축방향 하중이 가해지는 경우 조향축의 길이를 단축하기 위해 서로 상대운동가능한 적어도 2축부를 포함하며, 상기 각 축부는 구부러진 단부를 가지며, 축부들의 단부는 서로 대향하여 이웃하게 위치하도록 배치되며, 각 단부상에 중첩하는 플랜지가 설치되며, 플랜지의 중첩구역에서 플랜지들중의 하나는 보어를 가지며, 거대분자 물질로 된 슬리이브가 상기 보어에 설치되며, 나머지 플랜지에 체결되는 안내볼트는 그의 자유단이 보어를 가진 플랜지보다 돌출하여 보어안으로 관통하는 차량의 조향축에 있어서, 상기 안내볼트의 자유단에 설치된 마손성 정지부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정지부재는 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 각 플랜지에 대해 맞닿아 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 디스크과 플랜지 사이의 각 단부상에 설치되는 중간층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 보어를 가진 플랜지보다 돌출하는 각 안내볼트의 부분은 적어도 보어의 슬리이와 동일한 길이와, 안내볼트의 슬이이브내를 관통하는 부분의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 슬이이브와 안내볼트 사이가 억지 끼움되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 억지끼움은 슬리이브와 안내볼트간의 특정면 압력이 슬리이브의 거대분자 물질의 항복점 이하가 되도록 하는 공차를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 구부림에 의해 안내볼트의 자유단에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 축부들중 적어도 하나는 서로의 안에 신축자재하게 설치되는 2부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 조향축.
