Claims (3)

  1. 액정표시소자를 제조함에 있어서, 유리간극제를 액정배향액희석용매에 혼합한뒤 자석회젓개로 충분히 젓어준 다음 세라믹필터를 통해 액정배향액에 혼합시켜 액정배향혼합물을 제조하고, 그 액정배향혼합물을 도안된 유리기판에 인쇄 도포하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리간극제의 크기에 따라 세라믹 필터의 구멍은 유리간극제 +0.1㎛정도의 균일한 크기의 유리간극제를 선택하여 교체사용하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹필터는 피렉스제의 유리병에 설치하여 액정배향액 희석용매와 유리간극제를 동시에 통과하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
