Claims (1)

  1. 평봉형상 또는 환봉형상의 절연성 기재의 위에 온도의존성 저항막을 배설한 감열저항체의 길이방향의 일단 또는 양단을 지지부재에 의해 지지하고, 이 감열저항체를 피측정유체중에 설치해서 감열저항체를 발열시켰을 때의 방열량에 의해 피측정유체의 유량을 검출하는 감열식 유량센서에 있어서, 감열저항체의 발열부를 포함한 피측정유체와 접하는 부분의 길이와 폭 또는 직경과의 비를 소정치이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량센서.
