Claims (1)

  1. 대략 봉형상의 절연성 기재에 온도의존성 저항막을 배설하여 이루어지는 감열저항체의 상기 저항막으로부터 먼쪽의 길이방향이 일단을 지지부재로 지지하고, 상기 감열저항체의 비지지부를 피측정유체중에 설치하고, 상기 감열저항체를 발열시켰을 때의 방열량에 의해 상기 피측정유체의 유량을 검출하는 감열식 유량센서에 있어서, 상기 감열저항체의 발열부를 포함하여 상기 피측정유체에 접하는 부분의 전면적에 대한 상기 발열부의 면적의 비를 0.6∼0.85의 범위내의 값으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량센서.
