Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device of less power consumption and a low cost by providing a windless display part in the central part of a display device and providing sensors for windless detection to an anemoscope. CONSTITUTION:In the display device shown, a windless state display part 8 is provided in the central part of a display device 1', and therefore it is easy to see, and power consumption is less as compared to full lighting in the wind direction parts. If a windless state detector 23 is mounted to the surface of the wing of the anemoscope that receives wind, the windless state can be easily detected. A thermistor 19 is used as a temp. change detecting element knowing the degree at which the heat of material is deprived of by wind speeds and this is mounted to the surface 23 of the wing of the anemoscope that receives wind. The other one thermistor 20 is mounted in the surface having no influence of wind, and the resistance thereof is used as reference. The voltages across the thermistors 19, 20 are compared in an operational amplifiers 16, and when there is no difference in the voltages in the windless state, a lamp 17 is lighted.
