Description

쑥속(Artemisia)식물의 추출물의 제조방법 및 쑥속 추출물을 함유하는 세제 조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따라 쑥 추출물을 제조하는 공정도이고, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 제조방법을 실시하기 위한 설비를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 쑥속(Artemisia) 식물을 수증기로 증류시키고, 증류물을 웅축시켜 휘발성 쑥 성분인 정유를 함유하는 상충(1)과 수용성 쑥 성분을 함유하는 하층으로 분리시키고, 하층을 펜탄 또는 헥산 등의 유기용매로 추출하고 유기용 매충을 농축시켜 정유를 함유하는 농축물(2)을 얻고, 이어서 수중기 증류후에 남은 쑥 전초에 잔류된 비휘발성 성분을 묽은 알콜 온침법에 의해 추출회수하여, 비휘발성 추출물(3)을 얻고, 상기에서 얻은 상층(1), 농축물(2) 및 비휘발성 추출물(3)을 합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥속 식물의 추출물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수중기 증류로부터 남은 전초에 잔류된 쑥 유효성분을 50 내지 60%의 묽은 온 알콜을 사용하여 은침 추출회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 쑥(Atemisia)속 식물이 쑥(A.Asiatic Nakai), 산쑥(A.Montana), 제비쑥(A.Japonica Thunberg), 개똥쑥(A.Annua). 사철쑥(A.Capillaris), 덤불쑥(A.rubripes Nakai), 더위지기(A. ywayomogi Kitamura), 뺑쑥(A.feddi Leveil et Vaniot), 개사철쑥(A.apiacea Hence), 또는 물쑥(A. selengeis Turez)임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 쑥 추축물을 세제 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 0.5~5부의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 세제조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 세제 조성물이 고형 또는 액상의 비누, 샴푸, 헤어린스, 헤어토닉, 또는 바디크렌저의 제형임을 특징으로 하는 세제조성물.
