Claims (3)

  1. 공지의 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 반응성 모노머, 광개시제, 레벨링제 등으로 이루어진 자외선 경화형 도막 조성물에 우레탄 아크릴레이트로서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 다관능 우레탄 아크릴레이트를 전체 조성물의 10∼80 중량% 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화형 도막 조성물.
    상기식에서 X는 불포화기가 2∼5개인 에스터 화합물이고, Y는 지방족, 환상의 지방족 또는방향족 화합물이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다관능 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 다가알코올과 불포화 카르본산을 에스테르화 반응시켜 제조한 말단에 하이드록시기가 있고 불포화기가 2∼5개인 에스터 화합물과 반응시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화형 도막 조성물.
  3. 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 다관능 우레탄 아크릴레이트를 함유한 자외선 경화형 바니쉬를 표면에 0.1∼10mil 두께로 코팅하여 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-아크리로니트릴, 폴리에스터 또는 니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌의 플라스틱 성형품.
