Claims (7)

  1. 하기 리반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 다수개 가지며, 이들 사이가 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 다리로 연결되어 있으며, 실리콘 및 질소원자의 이용가능한 원자가중의 적어도 2개는 동일 사슬 내의 반복 단위들 사이를 연결하는데 이용되고, 다른 원자가들은 수소원자나 또는 탄소원자수 24이하의 알킬, 알케닐, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼 0과 결합되어 있고, 반복단위중의 질소원자의 이용가능한 원자가중 적어도 하나는 하기식 (Ⅱ)의 -MRn-다리의 중개에 의해 다른 반복단위 중의 질소원자의 함께 망상화에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 망상화된 폴리(오르가노실릴히드라진)
    (상기식에서, 기호 M은 주기율표의 ⅢA, ⅡB, ⅣB 및 ⅡA족에서 선택되는 하나의 원소를 나타내며, n은 (M의 원자가 -2)와 동일하거나 이하인 수를 나타내고, 기호 R은 n은 1이상일때에는 상이할 수도 있으며 수소원자, 할로겐, 특별하게는 염소원자, 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬 라디칼, 아미노, 모노 또는 디알킬아미노 라디칼, 탄소원자수 18까지의 아릴, 알칼아릴 또는 아르알킬 라디칼을 나타낸다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위에서 질소원자는 수소 원자와 결합하고 및/또는 실리콘 원자는 수소원자 또는 치환된 비닐기와 결합됨을 특징으로하는 폴리(오르가노실릴히드라진).
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식 -MRX-에서 M은 B, Al, Zn, Cd, Ti, Zr, Hf 및 Mg로 구성된 군에서 선택된 원소임을 하는 폴리(오르가노실릴히드라진)
  4. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복 단위를 다수개 가지고 있는 중합체를, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위의 질소원자를 결합시킬수 있거나 또는 탈프로톤화시키고 결합시킬 수 있는 일반식 MRx의 화합물(식중에서 M 및 R은 상기 주어진 의미를 가지며, x는 M의 원자가를 나타냄)와 반응시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항을 따른 폴리(오르가노실릴히드라진)의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물 MRx는 Al(C2H5)3, B(C2H5)3, BH3, Al(CH3)3, Zn(C2H5)2, Mg(C4H9)2, AlCl3, Ti〔N(C2H5)34, Al(C2H5)2NH2, ZrCH2C (CH3)2C6H5, (CH3)2AlCl, CH3AlCl2로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  6. 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 다수개 가지는 1종 또는 그 이상의 중합체와 일반식 MRx의 화합물(일반식(Ⅰ) 및 이 식에서의 기호는 상기 정의된 바임)의 화합물의 미반응 혼합물로 구성된 망강화 가능한 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 망상회된 폴리(오르가노실릴히드라진)의 피롤리시스로 생성된 세라믹 물질.
