Claims (4)
- 수용한 복수의 부품을 소정의 부품인출위치에 순차 송출하는 복수의 부품 공급 유니트와, 복수병렬설치한 부품공급부와, 상기 부품을 실장하는 실장 부재를 위치결정하는 실장부재의 위치결정수단과, 상기 부품공급부의 소정위치에서 부품을 유지해서 그 부품을 상기 실장부재위에 실장하는 부품실장수단을 구비한 부품실장장치에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치 어긋남을 검출하는 수단을 설치한 전자부품 실장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 시각인식장치에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품실장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 광센서에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품 실장장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 바아코우드리이더에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품 실장장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
