제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 광검출기의 단면도.
Claims (11)
- 광을 검출하기 위하여 광검출 표면을 갖춘 광검출 소자, 상기 광검출 표면에 광이 조사되도록 하기 위한 광투과부와 상기 광검출 표면으로부터 광을 차단하기 위한 광차단부를 갖추며, 상기 광검출 표면 위에 직접 부착되어 있고 마스크로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광검출 소자를 내장하며 상기 광검출 표면으로 향해 있는 투명부재를 포함하는 패키지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패키지는 오목부(Cavity)를 갖춘 기판을 포함하며, 상기 광검출기는 상기 동공내에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광검출 소자는 검축된 광의 세기에 비례하는 준위를 갖는 출력신호를 공급하기 위한 출력단자를 갖추며 상기 출력단자에 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 패키지로부터 돌출된 리드단자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광검출 표면에 의해 검출된 광은 소정의 방향으로 진행하는 주사광선 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광투과부는 상기 소정의 방향으로 뻗은 제1측면과 장기 소정의 방향과 수직인 제2측면을 갖추며, 상기 제2측면이 상기 제1측면보다 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마스크가 필름을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상기 괌검출 소자에 프린팅 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상기 광검출 소자에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광투과부가 슬리트의 형식으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광투과부는 광투과 윈도우로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
