제1도는 본 발명이 캡슐을 물에 가했을 경우에 있어서 시간 경과와 흡수도 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프로서, 점선은 니페디핀포화 수용액의 흡수성을 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. 니페디핀 1 중량부, 주위온도에서 액상인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 5∼25 중량부 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈 0.4∼10중량부로 된 액상 조성물로 경질 캡슐을 충전하여 제조한 경질 캡슐제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 액상 조성물은 그 점도가 25℃에서 1,000∼100,000 CPS인 경질 캡슐제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 300, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 400, 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 600인 경질 캡슐제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈은 분자량이 20,000∼50,000인 경질캡슐제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 니페디핀 1 중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 양은 7∼18 중량부이고 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 양은 1.5∼6 중량부인 경질 캡슐제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 액상 조성물중의 각 첨가성분의 비율은 니페디핀 4.5∼10% w/w, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 62∼82% w/w, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 8∼30% w/w, 경질 캡슐제제.
