Claims (4)

  1. 저항-결합 트랜지스터 유형의 능동 매트릭스 선택 액정 디스플레이의 액정셀들을 구동하는 방법으로서, 제1필드 주기동안은 N-1, N+1, N+3....의 셀열들이 그 관련 열어드레스선들(10,12,1..)에 트랜지스터 턴온펄스들(63,67,....)이 제공됨으로써 순차적으로 선택되는 반면, N, N+2, N+4...열에 관련된 열어드레스선들(11,13...)에는 기준 신호들(65,69)이 순차적으로 제공되는데, N-1열에 대한 턴온펄스와 N열에 대한 기준신호는 동시적으로 발생하며; 제2펄드주기동안은, N, N+2, N+4...의 셀열들이 그 관련 열어드레스선들에 트랜지스터 턴온펄스들(66,70....)이 제공됨으로써 순차적으로 어드레스되는 반면, N+1, N+3, N+5...열과 관련된 열어드레스선들(12,...)에는 기준신호들이 순차적으로 제공되는데, N열에 대한 턴온펄스와 N+1열에 대한 기준신호는 동시적으로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 구동방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준신호들은 모두 진폭이 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 구동방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준신호들은 그 진폭이 액정셀들을 구동할 데이타펄스들이 추출되는 텔레비젼 신호의 선단위로 교호하는 두개의 상이한 진폭인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 구동방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준신호들은 그 진폭이 액정셀을 구동할 데이타펄스들이 추출되는 텔레비젼 신호의 프레임 단위로 교호하는 두개의 상이한 진폭인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀 구동방법.
