액정패널의 검사방법

제1도는 본 발명의 한가지 실시예에 관한 검사방법을 나타내는 도면.
제2도는 각 부품의 양부의 판정을 행하는 방법을 나타내는 도면.
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예 사용되는 장치의 한가지 예를 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 각 화소에 대응하는 부품을 보유하는 액정패널의 검사방법에 있어서, 임의 추출한 복수의 부품중, 가장 다수를 점하는 유사한 특징량을 보유하는 부품군에서 하나의 부품을 기준부품으로 선택하고, 이 기준부품과 다른 피검사패널을 비교하는 것에 의해서, 그 피검사부품이 양품인지 아닌지를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기준부품의 화상의 특징량을 피검사부품의 화상의 특징량을 비교하는 것에 의해서, 그 피검사부품이 양품인지 아닌지를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기준부품의 화상의 휘도분포를 나타내는 기준히스토그램과 피검사부품의 화상의 휘도분포를 나타내는 피검사히스토그램을 비교하는 것에 의해서, 그 피검사부품이 양품인지 아닌지를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  4. 피검사액정패널의 이면쪽으로부터 빛을 조사하여 얻어지는 화상을, 동일한 조건에 의해 얻어진 양품액정패널의 화상과 비교하는 것에 의해서, 그 피검사부품이 양품인지 아닌지를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 피검사액정패널의 이면쪽으로부터 빛을 조사하여 얻어지는 화상의 휘도분포를 나타내는 히스토그램과, 동일한 조건에 의해 얻어진 양품액정패널의 화상의 휘도분포를 나타내는 히스토그램을 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 피검사액정패널의 이면쪽으로부터 빛을 조사하여 얻어지는 화상의 소정범위 휘도의 화소수와, 동일한 조건에 의해 얻어진 양품액정패널의 화상의 소정범위휘도의 화소수를 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
  7. 피검사액정패널의 부품을 광학적으로 입력하여서, 이 부품의 히스토그램의 특징에 기초하여 해당 부품의 양부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널의 검사방법.
