Claims (12)

  1. AX, A 및 선택적인 양의 X사이의 적어도 하나의 불완전 반응 생성물을 포함하고 고경도 및 내마모성을 갖는 재료로서, 상기 불완전 반응 생성물은 미반응 AX와 적어도 하나의 화합물 AX′를 포함하며, 각각의 화합물 AX′는 AX와는 다른 화학량적인 관계를 가지며, 여기서 A는 티타늄, 망간, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나늄, 니오브, 탄탈, 철, 크롬, 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐으로부터 선택되고 X는 붕소, 탄소, 실리콘 또는 질소로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 내마모성 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A는 텅스텐 또는 하프늄이고 X는 탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 A의 잔류량도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  4. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 1kg하중하에서 측정한 적어도 1900kg/㎟의 비커스 경도와, ASTM G-65-80 방법에 의해 측정한 적어도 500㎝-3의 내마모성 및 이론 밀도의 90%이상의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재료.
  5. AX와 A의 분말 혼합물과 선택적인 양의 X를 분말 혼합물의 성분중 적어도 하나의 불완전 반응 생성물을 형성하기에 충분한 조건의 온도 및 압력하에 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 고경도 또는 내마모성을 갖는 재료의 제조방법으로서, 상기 반응 생성물은 AX′를 나타내고 AX와는 다른 화학량적인 관계를 가지며 미반응 AX양과 생성물AX′를 포함하는 농후한 강화재료를 생성하며, 상기 AX′는 AX와 비교해 미소한 입자 성장을 했으며, A는 티타늄, 망간, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나늄, 니오브, 탄탈, 철, 크롬, 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐으로부터 선택되는 금속이고, X는 붕소, 탄소, 실리콘 또는 질소로부터 선택되며, 상기 온도는 AX,AX′및 A감성을 방지하기에 충분히 낮은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 내마모성 재료 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 강화이전에 상기 혼합물을 성형 그린웨어 부품으로 변화시키는 중간 단계도 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, A는 텅스텐이고, X는 탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 통합 생성물은 1kg하중하에서 측정한 적어도 2200kg/㎟의 비커스 경도와, ASTM G-65-80 방법에 의해 측정한 적어도 500m-3의 내마모성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제5,제6,제7항 또는 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 강화 이전에 약 2000℃이하의 온도로 가열되고 강화압력은 1시간 이하의 주기동안 전방향 급속압착되게 공급되는 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압력은 약1분 이하의 주기동안 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제5,제6,제7항 또는 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 1500℃로부터 2000℃의 온도 범위로 가열되고 강화압력은 1시간 이하의 주기동안 고온 균일 프레싱에 의해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 물분사 절단 작업용으로 사용할 수 있는 노즐로서, 제1항의 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
