Claims (13)
- 특정한 파장, 에어지 밀도 및 강도의 전자선을 광학 부품의 표면성에 작용시키고, 부품의 표면에 부착된 불순물을 전자선에 의해 완전히 제거하고/하거나, 존재하는 모든 미생물을 사멸시키며, 불활성화시키고/시키거나 완전히 광제거시킴을 포함하며, 광학 부품, 특히 콘택트 렌즈를 표면-세정 및/또는 멸균시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 부품의 표면상의 불순물 및/또는 오염물을 검출한 다음 이들을 선택적으로 제거함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 전자선을 광학 부품 표면의 전면, 특히 콘택트 렌즈의 앞면 및 뒷면상에 작용시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파장 및 에너지 밀도를 광학 부품의 표면이 손상되지 않는 방법으로 제거시킬 일정 유형의 불순물 및/또는 오염물에 적용시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자선을 마스크를 통하여 불순물 및/또는 오염물에 집중시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불순물 및/또는 오염물을 광학 부품의 표면 층(여기서, 이러한 층의 두께는 전자선의 파장 및 에너지 밀도의 선택에 의해 조절된다) 과 함께 제거시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 두께가 1㎛미만인 표면층을 제거시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조사선을 멸균 상황하에서 광학 부품. 특히 콘택드 렌즈의 앞면 및 뒷면에 조사선을 멸균 상황하에서 광학 부품, 특히 콘택트 렌즈의 앞면 및 뒷면에 조사함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 광학부품, 특히 콘택트 렌즈를 투명한 하우징 내부에 배열하고 한 표면, 바람직하게는 앞면에 조사한 후, 부품의 다른 표면, 바람직하게는 뒷면에 조사하기 위하여 부품을 자동 회전 시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자선 공급원으로서 레이저를 사용함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 에너지 밀도가 약 0.1J/㎠ 내지 약 10J/㎠ 이고 파장이 약100nm 내지 약 350nm인 레이저 조사선을 선택함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 또는 제11항에 있어서, 레이저 조사선을 펄스시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레이저로서 엑시머 레이저를 사용함을 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
