Claims (12)
- 활용가능한 전체 채널 대역폭 부분을 통적으로 할당시키는 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 영상 표현을 포함하는 각 프레임으로 구성된 적어도 하나의 비디오의 적어도 상이한 부분을 동시에 처리하는 복수의각 개개 비디오 코더(102)를 포함하는 세트, 사전 프레임(103,108,401,502)에서 사용된 평균 프레임 양자화 계단 크기를 입력으로서 개개 비디오 코더의 상기 세트의 각 멤버로부터 수신하기 위한 수단, 및 현재프레임동안 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터(103,401,504)의 한 세트를 발생시키는 각 상기 개개 비디오 코더로부터 나온 상기 평균 프레임 양자화 계단 크기에 응답하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 채널 셰어링 팩터의 한 세트를 출력(109)으로서 공급하기 위한 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사전 프레임(103,108,401,501)동안 각 개개 비디오 코더에 의해 펠당 발생되는 평균 비트수를 나타내는 한 세트의 값을 입력으로서하기 위한 수단을 구비하며, 상기 세트의 각 멤버가 개개 비디오 코더의 상기 세트의 적어도 한 멤버와 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 발생 수단이 또한 상기 세트값에 또한 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 수정된 세트를 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 세트로부터 발생시키므로서, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 수정된 세트가 상기 현재 프레임(402)보다 앞선 적어도 하나의 프레임동안 적어도 하나와 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 값을 반영시키는 수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발생(402)수단이 상기 현재 프레임 보다 앞선 적어도 하나의 프레임동안 상기 현재 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 가중된 평균을 얻기 위한 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 5항에 있어서, 만일 발생된다면, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 수정된 세트 또는 만일 상기 수정된 세트가 바람직하지 않다면, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 세트 물중 하나를 정규화(403) 하기위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 장치.
- 적어도 하나의 영상 표현을 포함하는 각 프레임으로 구성된 적어도 하나의 비디오 신호의 적어도 상이한 부분을 동시에 처리하는 복수의 개개 비디오 코더를 포함하는 한 세트의 각 멤버에 전체 채널 대역폭의 부분을 동적으로 할당하는 방법에 있어서, 사전 프레임에 사용되는 평균 프레임 양자화 계단 크기를 입력으로서 개개 비디오 코더의 상기 세트의 각 멤버로부터 수신하며 , 각 상기 개개 비디오 코더로부터 나온상기 평균 양자화 계단 크기에 응답하는 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 한 세트는 현재 프레임동안 발생시키는특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 채널 셰어링 팩터의 한 세트를 출력으로서 공급하는 단계를 추가로 구비하는 것을특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 개개 비디오 코더에 의해 펠당 발생되는 평균 비트수를 표시하는 한 세트의 값을 입력으로서 수신하는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 세트의 각 멤버는 개개 비디오 코더의 상기 세트의 적어도하나의 멤버에 대응하며, 여기서 상기 발생 단계는 상기 세트의 값에 또한 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 세트로부터 나온 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 수정된 세트를 발생시키므로서, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 수정된 세트가 상기 현재 프레임보다 앞선 적어도 하나의 프레임동안 적어도 하나의 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터값을 반영시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 11항에 있어서, 만일 발생된다면, 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 수정된 세트 또는 만일 상기 수정된 추정 채널 셰어링 팩터가 발생되지 않으면 추정된 채널 셰어링 팩터의 상기 세트를 정규화하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동적으로 채널 대역폭을 할당하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
