Claims (9)
- 금속효과 및 색상변화없이 코팅물을 착색시킬 수 있는 충분한 양의 운모를 포함하는 안료 및 중합경합제를 갖는 비금속 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 존재하는 운모의 98.5%는 15μ미만의 입자크기를 가지며, 안료가 운모로만 이루어진 경우 상기 운모의 98.5%는 0.1μ미만의 입자크기를 가지며, 운모 이외에 다른 물질이 안료를 구성하는 경우 상기 운모의 98.5%는 운모를 구성하는 기타 물질 비율의 1/5을 넘지 않는 입자크기(μ단위로써)를 갖는 비금속 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 최소 75%의 운모를 포함하는 안료를 갖는 비금속 코팅 조성물.
- 10.0μ과 같이 약0.1 내지 15.0μ입자크기를 갖는 운모를 포함한 안료 및 중간결합제를 갖는 비금속 코팅조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 0.1μ과 같이 약 0.1 내지 5μ의 입자크기를 갖는 상기 운모를 포함하는 비금속 코팅 조성물.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비금속 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 기질.
- 하기 안료중 선택된 하나의 안료와, (a) 0.1μ의 입자크기를 갖는 100%미만의 운모를 포함하는 안료, (b) 0.5μ의 입자크기를 갖는 75%미만의 운모를 포함하는 안료, (c) 10.0μ의 입자크기를 갖는 50%미만의 운모를 포함하는 안료 (d) 15.0μ의 입자크기를 갖는 25%미만의 운모를 포함하는 안료 중합결합제를 포함하는 코팅막으로 코팅된 비금속 기초 코팅된 기질.
- 상기 제1항에서 5항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속효과 및 색상효과없이 상기 운모가 코팅물을 착색시킬 수 있도록 중합결합제 및 안료를 포함한 코팅 조성물에 충분한 양의 운모를 첨가시키는 단계를 가진 비금속 코팅 조성물의 제조방법.
- 상기 제8항에 있어서, 먼저 상기 운모와 상기 안료를 융합시켜 안료성분을 만든 후 융합된 상기 안료성분을 상기 충합결합제와 융합시켜 상기 코팅물을 만드는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
