인삼잎을 수세, 건조 및 분쇄한 후, 메탄올로 추출하여 감압농축한 후 에칠에테르를 넣고 에테르층과 수층으로 분획한 다음 색소, 정유성분을 함유하고 있는 에테르층을 제거하는 제1공정과 남은 수층으로 부터 플라보노이드 성분을 실라카겔컬럼, 폴리아마이드 컬럼 및 세파엑스 엘에이치 20컬럼을 이용하여 분리, 재결정하는 제2공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 인삼잎 플라보노이드 성분의 추출방법.The ginseng leaves were washed with water, dried and pulverized, extracted with methanol, concentrated under reduced pressure, added ethyl ether, fractionated into an ether layer and an aqueous layer, and the first step of removing the ether layer containing pigments and essential oils and the remaining aqueous layer.
