Claims (3)
- 내면에 형광체층이 형성되어, 양단에 1쌍의 전극을 갖는 벌브의 내부에 크세논 가스 등의 희가스를 봉입해서 형성되는 희가스 방전 형광 램프와, 이 희가스 방전 형광 램프의 음극 필라멘트의 일단에 접속되는 인덕턴스와 콘덴서의 병렬 회로로 형성되는 공진 회로와, 상기 희가스 방전 형광 램프의 양극측에 접속되는 스위칭 소자와 다이오드의 병렬 회로와 직류 전원과의 직렬 회로와, 상기 희가스 방전 형광 램프의 음극 필라멘트의 타단과 양극간에 접속되를 다이오드와, 상기한 스위칭 소자를 일주기에 대하는 비율이 5%이상 70%이하 그래서 1주기간 150μsec이하의 기간 개방하는 펄스 신호원을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 희가스 방전 형광 램프 장치.
- 내부에 희가스가 봉입되어 내면에 형광체층이 형광되어 있으며, 한쌍의 전극을 갖는 희가스 방전 형광 램프와, 주파수가 3KHz이상 200KHz이하의 고주파 전극과, 일주기에 통전 기간과 휴지기간을 갖고, 통과 기간이 전원 파형의 반주기분, 휴지 기간이 전원파형의 반주기의 홀수 배분의 펄스 형상 전압을 상기한 희가스 방전 형광 램프의 한쌍의 전극간에 부가하는 전압 발생 수단을 구비한 희가스 방전 형광 램프 장치.
- 내부에 희가스가 봉입되어 내면에 형광체층이 형광되어 있으며 한쌍의 전극을 갖는 희가스 방전 형광 램프와, 주파수가 3KHz이상 200KHz이하의 고주파 전극과, 일주기에 통전 기간과 휴지기간을 갖고, 통과 기간이 전원 파형의 반주기분, 휴지 기간이 전원파형의 반주기의 정수 배분의 펄스 형상 전압을 상기 희가스 방전 형광 램프의 한쌍의 전극간에 극성을 교대로 하여 부가하는 전압 발생 수단을 구비한 희가스 방전 형광 램프 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
