Claims (7)

  1. 최소한 희가스의 봉입된 방전용기와, 상기 방전용기내에 설치되고, 열전자 방사물질이 도포된 열음극과, 상기 방전용기내이며, 상기 열음극과의 사이에 형성되는 마이너스글로 영역내에 배치된 양극과, 상기 방전용기에 직류전력을 공급하기 위해 그 직류출력단이 상기 열음극과 상기 양극에 각각 접속된 정류기와, 상기 방전용기에 있어서의 방전전류를 제어하기 위해 교류 전원 접속단자와 상기 정류기의 교류입력단과의 사이에 접속된 콘덴서 바라스트를 구비한 발광장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방전용기내에 방전을 발생시키기 위해 상기 열음극과 상기 양극과의 사이에 접속된 시동장치를 구비한 발광장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양극이 Ni판으로 이루어진 발광장치.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 방전용기의 단부에 구금(口金)이 설치되고, 또한 상기 금이 상기 시동장치를 내장하고 있는 발광장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 시동장치가 비선형 반도체스위치로 이루어진 발광장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방전용기에는 희가스 및 수은이 봉입되어 있으며, 또한 상기 방전용기가 UV투과유리로 이루어진 발광장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방전용기에는 희가스 및 수은이 봉입되어 있으며, 또한 상기 방전용기가 그 내벽면에 형광체막을 구비한 발광장치.
