제1도는 본 발명에 따른 FM복조회로의 제1실시예를 나타낸 회로도.
제2도 및 제3도는 제1도에 도시한 회로의 위상특성에 대해 각 트랜지스터의 영향을 제거하여 해석하기 위한 등가회로 및 해석결과를 나타낸 도면.
Claims (4)
- FM변조입력신호전압원(1)으로부터 FM변조신호가 입력되면 그것을 증폭시키는 차동증폭기(2)와, 이 차동증폭기(2)로부터 입력되는 FM변조신호의 중심주파수를 갖는 무변조상태의 반송파신호의 위상을 시프트시키는 이상회로(3) 및, 상기 차동증폭기(2)로부터 한쪽의 평형입력단자쌍(5)에 입력되는 FM변조신호와 상기 이상회로(3)로부터 다른쪽의 평형입력단자쌍(6)에 입력되는 반송파신호를 곱셈하여 복조신호를 출력시키는 곱셈회로(4)를 갖춘 FM변조신호에 있어서, 상기 차동증폭기(2)로부터 이상회로(3)에 입력되는 반송파신호로서 역상의 반송파신호전압을 상기 차동증폭기(2)에서 이상회로(3)의 출력단에 공급하도록 접속된 저항소자(R5)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조회로.
- FM변조입력신호전압원(1)으로부터 FM변조신호가 입력되면 그것을 증폭시키는 차동증폭기(2)와, 이 차동증폭기(2)로부터 입력되는 FM변조신호의 중심주파수를 갖는 무변조상태의 반송파신호의 위상을 시프트시키는 이상회로(3) 및, 상기 차동증폭기(2)로부터 한쪽의 평형입력단자쌍(5)에 입력되는 FM변조신호와 상기 이상회로(3)로부터 다른쪽의 평형입력단자쌍(6)에 입력되는 반송파신호를 곱셈하여 복조신호를 출력시키는 곱셈회로(4)를 갖춘 FM변조회로에 있어서, 상기 차동증폭기(2)로부터 이상회로(3)에 입력되는 반송파신호로서 역상이면서 그 진폭에 비례하는 반송파신호전류를 상기 이상회로(3)의 출력단에 공급하는 전류공급수단(10)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전류공급수단(10)이 상기 차동증폭기(2)와는 별도로 설치되고, 상기 차동증폭기(2)와 마찬가지로 상기 FM변조신호가 입력되면 그것을 증폭시키는 제2차동증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 차동증폭기(2)의 차동쌍을 이루는 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)의,각 에미터측에 각각 저항소자가 삽입되어 있는 특징으로 하는 FM복조회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
