Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure the shunt function with reduced noise as well as to utilize the function to the FM detection to enhance the detection characteristics by securing the common connection for the base and then obtaining the output caused by the load resistance of the collector side when the bias voltage is varied.
CONSTITUTION: Signal input transistor Q1 generates the collector current in accordance with input signal SG. The shunt transistor shares the base, and the emitter is shared by resistance R1 and R2. Accordingly, the signals corresponding to the resistance value and the shunted current emerge at collector load resistance R3 and R4 by varying base bias voltage E1. And thus, the output signals free from the mutual interference can be obtained at resistance R3 and R4. This circuit is suited to the quadrature circuit which is used for the FM signal detection requiring to reduce the mutual phase fluctuation for the two signals.
