Claims (10)
- 플래스틱 물질로 둘러싸인 하나 이상의 전송 매체를 포함하는 코어와, 재킷의 대칭 세로축에 인접한 하나 이상의 전송 매체를 둘러싸고 플래스틱 물질을 포함하는 재킷을 포함하며, 세로축을 횡단하는 재킷의 단면은 재킷 단면에 걸쳐 있는 축을 갖는 높이 및 폭에 의해 한정되고, 단면의 단부 높이는 절단력 적용시 전송 매체의 접곤을 촉진시키는 재킷에 길이 방향 연장 홈통을 제공하도록 단부에 연결된 중앙부의 높이보다 높게 되어있는 가공 서비스 와이어에 있어서, 2개 그룹의 비금속 강도 부재를 포함하는 강도 부재 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 각 그룹은 전송 매체와 재킷의 외면 사이에 배열되고 하나의 단부와 일렬로 정렬되며 재킷과 강도 부재 시스템 사이에 적절한 결합을 제공하도록 분리기 및 충분한 강도 부재를 포함하고, 각 그룹의 각 강도 부재는 재킷에 결합시키는 플래스틱 물질로 충전되고 함께 축적된 복수의 필라메트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 그룹의 각 강도 부재는 재킷 단면에 걸쳐 있는 축에 법선인 축을 따라 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,코어와 합체된 길이 방향으로 연장되는 방수 부재를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방수 부재는 과흡수 물질로 충전된 실 같은 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단면에 걸쳐 있는 축은 제1횡방향 대칭축이고, 가공 서비스 와이어는 와이어의 길이 방향 대칭축에 인접한 그룹에 배열된 복수의 절연 금속 도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 강도 부재는 횡단면의 각 측부에 인접 배열되고 3개의 각 세트중 하나는 제2대칭축에 법선인 횡단면의 제1대칭축을 따라 배열되며, 3개의 각 세트중 다른 2개중의 각각 하나는 제1횡방향 대칭축으로부터 공간 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재킷은 화염 방지 플래스틱 물질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 강도 부재는 수지 물질로 충전된 로빙을 포함하며, 재킷의 플래스틱 물질에 대한 적절한 점착력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재킷의 플래스틱 물질은 전송 매체를 둘러싸는 플래스틱 물질로 접착되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전송 매체는 재킷을 포함하는 플래스틱 물질과 전송 매체를 둘러싸는 플래스틱 물질의 친화력 때문에 재킷으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공 서비스 와이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
