Claims (11)
- i) 에스케리키아 속에 속하고, 하기 SEQ ID : 1의 서열로 정의되는 DNA로 구성된 군에서 선택된 DNA 및 이 DNA에 하이브리드화하며 아스코르빈산 인산화 효소을 코딩하는 DNA를 함유하는 재조합 DNA를 보유하는 미생물의 세포 ,처리 세포, 배양 브로쓰 또는 처리 배양 브로쓰의 존재하에 아스코르빈산을 수성매체 중에서 인산기 공여체와 반응시키고, (ii) 아스코르빈산-2-인산을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 아스코르빈산 -2-인산의 제조방법.SEQ ID : 1
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산기 공여체가 아데노신 트리포스페이트(ATP), p-니트로페닐 포스페이트, 아세틸 포스페이트, 피로인산, 트리폴리인산, 테트라폴리인산 및 폴리인산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리 세포가 건조세포, 아세톤-처리세포, 계면활성제-및/ 또는 유기용매-처리세포, 용균효소-처리세포, 고정세포 또는 세포유래추출효소 제제로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, 처리 배양 브로쓰가 배양 브로쓰, 건조배양 브로쓰, 계면활성제-및/ 또는 유기용매-처리 배양 브로쓰 및 아세톤-처리배양 브로쓰로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DNA가 슈도모나스 아조토콜리간스 ATCC 12417에서 단리된 방법.
- 제1 항내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스케리키아 속 미생물이 에스케리키아 콜리 FERM BP-2970인 방법.
- 아스코르빈산 인산화 효소를 코딩하고 하기 SEQ ID : 1로 서열로 표시되는 누클레오티드 서열을 갖는 DNA.SEQ ID : 1
- 제6항에 있어서, 유전자가 슈도모나스 아조토콜리간스 ATCC 12417에서 단리된 DNA.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에서 정의된 DNA를 함유하는 재조합 DNA.
- 제8항에 있어서, 에스케리키아 콜리 FERM BP-2970에 의해 보유되는 pSK 14로 명명된 재조합 DNA.
- 에스케리키아 콜리 FERM BP-2970의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
- 에스케리키아 콜리 FERM BP-2970을 배지에서 배양하고, 배양물에서 균세포를 수거하고, 세포내에 축적된 아스코르빈산 인산화 효소를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 아스코르빈산 인산화 효소의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
