Claims (9)
- 분기전도체로서 사용되는 금속스트립과의 전기적, 기계적 연결을 위한 한 접촉점을 형성시키기 위해 다공의 금속 프레임워크 캐리어를 갖는 전극 또는 갈바노 요소를 제조하는 방법이 접촉위치를 가열 소스에 노출시키어 접촉위치를 가열시키고, 그런다음 분기 전도체를 연결시키기 이전에 가열된 접촉위치가 압력하의 가스 스트립을 받게되도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 분기 전도체 부착용 전극 캐리어 다공성 금속재 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉위치가 고온의 공기 스트립에 의해 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉위치가 약 300℃-550℃ 의 온도로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접촉위치가 약 450℃로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접촉위치가 양면으로부터 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉위치가 고온다이, 레이저비임, 또는 유도가열 수단에 의해 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극표면의 나머지 부분을 덮으므로서 처리될 접촉위치를 분리시키는 단계를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 덮개가 열전도 금속판임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
