본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
본 발명의 주된 내용의 실시예가 두가지 상이한 도면내에 도시되며 보다 상세히 하기에서 기술된다.
제1도는 분배식 연료분산 펌프를 도시하는 세로 단면도이고,
제2도 및 제3도는 솔레노이드에 의한 아이들링 레버 작동을 하는 제1변형을 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 왕복 운동으로 구동함과 동시에 캠 드라이브에 의하여 회전 운동하는 펌프 피스톤과, 분사량을 조절하기 위하여 상기 펌프 피스톤상에서 이동 가능하게 축방향으로 배치된 환형 조절 슬라이브 밸브와, 제어 슬라이드 밸브의 부하 및 속도 종속 변위를 위하여 존재하며, 축 둘레를 회전할 수 있고 절단 스프링에 의해 가압되고 그 예비인장이 조절 레버에 의하여 변경될 수 있는 인장 레버를 갖는 조절 레버 시스템 및, 동일축 둘레를 회전 가능하고 인장 레버와 함께 스타팅 스프링을 이루어 아이들링 속도 이상으로 상기 인장 레버와 조합한 레버를 형성하며 그 스타팅 레버는 케리어 부재에 의하여 제어 슬라이드 밸브에 연결되는 한편, 스프링 예비 인장을 변경하도록 조절될 수 있는 정지부에 대하여 안치되어 있는 조절 레버와 결합하는 스타팅 레버를 구비하는 내연 기관용 연료 분사 분배식 연료 분사 펌프에 있어서, 상기 조절 레버는(33)는 작동 특성에 따라서 회전 될 수 있고, 엔진 특성에 따라 회전되고 난후 추정된 최종 회전 위치가 나사(38)로 조절 가능한 제2정지부(37)에 의하여 제한될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 레버(33)는 펌프 하우징(8)내에 지지된 토오크 샤프트(34)의 한 전단부에 설치되고, 토오크 샤프트의 다른 단부는 작동 특성에 따라 작동하는 작동 부재(41, 49)에 의하여 회전 될 수 있고 외부 아이들링 레버(35)에 의하여 펌프 하우징(8) 외측에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조절 레버(33)의 회전 범위는 펌프 하우징(8) 외측에서 조절될 수 있는 상기 아이들링 레버(35)의 정지부(36, 37, 38)에 의하여 결정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 바우텐 케이블(39)이 조절부재(41, 49)와 아이들링 레버(35) 사이에서 조절 전달부재로써 사용되고, 레그 스프링(40)이 작은 분사량의 방향으로 아이들링 레버(35)와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 전자석(41)이 조절 부재로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  6. 제2항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 특정 작동 압력에 있는 제어 공기에 의하여 작동될 수 있는 기압계(49)가 조절 부재로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 부압이 작동 압력으로써 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(54)가 제어 공기의 피드 라인(53)내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 평행하게 설치되어 작동 특성(47, 48)에 의하여 작동되는 적어도 두개의 스위치(44, 45)가 존재하는 회로가 솔레노이드(41), 또는 조직부재(41, 49)의 솔레노이드 밸브(54)에 대한 여자기 전류를 조절하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 스위치(45)중의 하나가, 엔진의 냉각수 온도에 따라서, 엔진이 차가우면 폐쇄되고 엔진이 뜨거우면 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 추가 장치(공기 조화 장치)가 작동중일때 스위치(44)가 폐쇄될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 펌프.
