Claims (6)
- 이송될 재료를 유동화(fluidizing) 시키도록 배열된 부재(2;22)를 그 내부에 가지고 있는 플랙시브 호스(1;21)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 부재(2;22)는 상기 호스(1;21)를 따라서 서로 분리되어 그 기능을 수행하는 부품들(3;23)과 함께 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랙시블 호스(1;21)가 고무, 플라스틱, 또는 이에 상응하는 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이송 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이송될 재료를 유동화 시키는 상기 부재가 상기 호스의 내부면의 적어도 일부를 덮고있는 가스투과성 라이닝(2)으로 구성되어 있어서, 상기 호스(1)와 상기 라이닝(2)의 사이에 상기 호스(1)의 종방향을 따라서 각각 독립된 부분들로서 공간(3)이 형성되며, 상기 공간(3)의 각각의 부분들에는 가스의 교축 이송 채널(4,5)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이숑 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 호스(1)의 벽 내부에는, 교축 구멍들(5)을 통해서 상기 공간(3)의 각각의 부분들에 개방된 종방향 채널(4)이 형성되어 있어서,이송 가스를 상기 공간(3)의 각각의 독립된 부분들 안으로 이송시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이송장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이송될 재료로 덮여지지 않는 상기 교축 구멍(5)으로 부터 이송 가스가 빠져나갈 수 없는 크기로 이송 가스의 교축이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이송 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이송될 재료를 유동화 시키는 상기 부재가, 상기 호스(21)의 바닥에 배치되며 교축 구멍(25)을 가지는 가스 이송관(22)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 이송관(22)이 일정한 간격으로 단단하게 상기 이송관(22)에 부착된 가스투과성 직물(24)등으로 둘러싸여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 재료 이송 장치.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
