제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 의해 얻어지는 요철모양도막의 일예를 나타낸 측면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 기재표면에 밑칠 도료를 도포하여 경화 밀칠 도막을 형성하고, 이러한 밀칠 도막상에 소망하는 모양대로 중간칠 도료를 부분적으로 도포한후, 형성된 중간칠 도막중의 용매량이 1∼50중량% 범위 이내가 되도록 건조시키고, 이어서 폴리에스테르 수지와 표면장력이 40dym/㎝ 이상인 아미노플라스트 수지를 결합제로서 함유하는 윗칠 도료를 전면에 겹칠한 다음, 베이킹하고 경화시켜서 윗칠도막을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 요철모양도막의 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밑칠 도료와 중간칠 도료가 각각 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴레이트 수지, 알키드 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 히드록실기-함유 합성수지, 및 블록화 폴리이소시아네이트 및 아미노플라스트 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가교제를 결합제로서 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 칠도료가 글리콜 에테르계 용매, 방향조계 용매 또는 케톤계 용매를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윗칠 도료중의 폴리에스테르 수지가 0-프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산,아디프산, 세바스산, 아젤라산, 숙신산, 말레인산 및 그의 무수물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디가 카르복실산과, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 트리메틸로프로판, 1, 6-헥산디올, 1, 4-부탄디올, 프로필렌 글리콜, 글리세롤 및 펜타에리트롤로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 다가 알코올을 중합시켜 수득한 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윗칠 도료중의 폴리에스테르 수지의 히드록 실값이 5∼150인방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윗칠 도료중인 폴리에스테르 수지의 수평균 분자량이 2,000∼20,000인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르수지와 아미노플라스트 수지의 고형분 배합비율이 바람직하게는 60/40∼90/10인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윗칠 도료중의 폴리에스테르 수지와 아미노플라스트 수지의 총량이 30∼60중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밑칠 도막의 건조막 두께가 10∼50㎛이, 중간칠도막의 건조막 두께가 1∼20㎛ 이며, 윗칠 도막의 평균 건조막 두께가 10∼30㎛ 인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밑칠 도막상에 도포된 중간칠 도막중의 용매량이 1.3∼20중량% 범위 이내가 되도록 상기 형성된 중간칠 도막을 건조시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
