광학식 디스크드라이브의 포커싱 에러(FOCUSING ERROR) 검출장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 촛점오차 검출방법으로 디스크와 대물렌즈간의 거리가 (a)는 가까울 때 (+), (b)는 정 위치(0), (c)는 멀 때 (-)를 나타낸 것이며, 제3도는 제2도 중 본 발명에 의한 차단판의 종류를 도시한 도면으로 (a)는 두날형 파단판, (b)는 흡수 또는 반사막을 증착한 차단판(투명판 포함), (c)는 흡수, 반사막 증착의 차단판을 예시한 것이며, 제4도는 제3동 중 두날형 차단판을 이용한 경우의 빔경로 및 포토다이오드에서의 빔형상으로 디스크와 대물렌즈간의 거리가 (a)는 정위치(0), (b)는 가까울 때 (+), (c)는 멀 때(-)이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 레이저다이오드로부터 출사되는 빔이 대물렌즈를 통해 디스크에 반사되어 정보를 판독할 때 상기 대물렌즈로부터의 광을 포토다이오드의 앞에서 반사빔을 촛점 부근에서 차폐하여 촛점오차를 감지하도록 하는 수단을 갖는 포커싱에러검출장치에 있어서, 상기 촛점오차 감지수단을 차단판(7)으로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 디스크 드라이브의 포커싱 에러 검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 차단판(7)은 2개의 나이프엣지로 구성된 ㄷ자형 단면의 차폐막이 씌여져 완성되는 유리판인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 디스크 드라이브의 포커싱 에러 검출장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 차단판(7)은 유리판상 일부에 흡수막을 증착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 디스크 드라이브의 포커싱 에러 검출장치.
