Claims (5)
- 밀폐용기(1) 내부에 전동요소(2)와 스크로울 압축요소(3)를 수납하며, 이 스크로울 압축요소(3)를, 거울판(16)에 소용돌이 형상의 랩(1)을 세워서 설치시켜서 전동요소(2)에 의하여 구동되는 제1의 스크로울(14)과, 이 제1의 스크로울(14)의 중심과 편심한 중심을 갖고 서로 향하여 맞물리는 거울판(20)에 소용돌이 형상의 랩(21)을 세워 설치한 제2의 스크로울(15)과, 이 제2의 스크로울(15)을 제1의 스크로울(14)과 동일한 방향으로 회전시키면서 제1, 제2의 스크로울(14)(15)로 형성된 복수의 압축공간(23)을 바깥쪽에서 내부쪽에 향하여 점차 축소시켜서 압축을 행하는 구동장치(29)와, 전기한 제1의 스크로울(14)을 축받이하는 주프레임(8)과, 전기한 제2의 스크로울(15)을 축받이 하는 보조프레임(10)으로 구성하며, 이 주프레임(8) 혹은 보조프레임(10)으로 축받이되는 제1의 스크로울(14)과 제2의 스크로울(15)의 어떤 한쪽의 축의 중앙에 토출공(38)을 설치한 스크로울 압축기에 있어서, 전기한 제1, 제2의 스크로울(14)(15)중, 한편의 스크로울에 다른편의 스크로울의 축방향에의 이동을 규제하는 규제부재(24)를 부착하며, 이 규제부재(24)와 다른 편의 스크로울의 거울판(20)의 사이에 압축도중의 압축공간(23)에 연이어 통하는 압력실(32)을 형성하며, 이 압력실(32) 내부에 상기한 규제부재(24)와 스크로울의 상기한 거울판(20) 한편에 접촉하는 탄성밀폐부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
- 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄성 밀폐부재는, 상기한 규제부재(24)와 상기한 스크로울 거울판(20)의 쌍방에 접촉하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
- 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄성 밀폐부재는, 상기한 스크로울에 접촉하는""형상 밀폐부재(34)(35)를 구비한 내마모성의 미끄러져 움직이는 부재(75)를 상기한 압력실(32)내부에 설치하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
- 청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 규제부재(24)에는 다른편의 스크로울을 한편의 스크로울과 동일한 방향에 회전시키는 전달접합부분(54)을 미끄러져 움직이게 하는 안내부를 설치한 스크로울 압축기.
- 청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 전기한 전달 접합부분(54)은 전기한 규제부재(24)로 규제되는 스크로울측에 설치한 슬라이드면(55)에 미끄러져 움직이기 자유롭게 끼워맞춰지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
