Claims (10)
- 가스 터어빈 내의 연소 부품에 응력 크랙킹을 제거하고 NOX배기량을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, (가) 제1원추형 분무기로서 연소실내로 연료를 분사하는 단계와, (나) 상기 소실내의 열간 금속 표면상에 직접적인 물부딪힘이 피해지도록 제1원추형 분무기의 내향 반경방향으로 위치되어 미세하게 분무되는 제2원추형 분무기로서 가스터어빈의 연소실 내로 물을 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료가 증류 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료가 기체 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (나) 단계는, 노증체의 중앙부내에 동심원으로 외부 연료와 내부 물 통로를 형성하도록 연료 노즐체의 후방 단부 내로 급수 카트릿지를 적재하므로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (나) 단계는, 연료 노즐체의 방출 오리피스와 동심원이고 인접되게 축선 방향으로 상기 급수 카트릿지의 방출 오리피스를 위치 설정시키므로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축 공기가 상기 제1 및 제2원추형 분무기를 가로질러 부딪치는 제3원추형 분무기로서 상기 연소실 내로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전방단부에 방출 오리피스를 가진 신장된 관형 부재와, 후방 단부에 커플링과, 후방 단부에 인접한 연료 노즐체 내에 카트릿지를 고정시키기 위해 후방 단부에 인접한 장착 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 노즐 오리피스로의 가압수공급 카트릿지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 연료 선회부가 전방 단부에 인접한 신장된 관형 부재의 외부 표면상에 제공되며, 상기 연료 노즐체내에 장착시에 연료 노즐 팁 조립체의 내부 표면과 결합을 위한 표면 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카트릿지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 물 선회부가 그와 축선 반경 방향으로 설치되어 연료선회부내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카트릿지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 신장된 관현 부재가 제1직경을 가진 몸체를 구비하고 상기 방출 오리피스가 제1직경 보다 작은 제2직경을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카트릿지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
