표면강화층(1), 인쇄층(2), 축광층(3), 특수시트(4)의 다층구조의 바닥재료들은 가열, 가압, 냉각을 동시에 행할 수 있는 대형 금형 사이에 적층한 후 170~200℃의 온도로 20~30분 가열하면서 대형 유압 실린더를 이용하여 80~100㎏/㎤의 압력으로 가압하고 가열이 끝나면 지하수를 이용하여 상기 압력을 유지하면서 강제순환 방식으로 상온이 될때까지 냉각하여 제조하는 건축용 축광바닥제 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서 축광층(3)은, 염화비닐수지 100을 기준으로 가소제 50부, 축광안료 50부를 혼입하여 카렌다공법으로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 축광바닥제 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서 축광층(3)은, 염화비닐수지 위에 그라비야용 잉크나 UMCH등의 수지 100부를 기준으로 축광안료 50부 혼입하여 그라비야공법, 롤도포공법, 다이프도포공법으로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 축광바닥제 제조방법.
