제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예를 나타내는 스크로울(scroll)압축기의 세로 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선에 따라 절단한 상태를 나타내는 단면도, 제3도는 제2도에 나타낸 제1의 스크로울과 제2의 스크로울과의 구동판의 중심과 안내홈의 외부원주끝과의 회전궤도를 나타내는 평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 밀폐용기(1)내에 전동요소(2)와, 스크로울 압축요소(3)과를 수납하고, 이 스크로웅 압축요소(3)을, 축받이를 중앙에 가진 프레임과 경판(16)에 나선상의 랩(17)을 세워 설치해서 전동요소(2)에 의해 구동되는 제1의 스크로울(14)와, 이 제1의 스크로울(14)의 중심과 편심된 중심을 갖고 마주향해서 맞물리는 경판(19)에 나선상의 랩(21)을 세워 설치한 제2의 스크로울(15)와, 이제2의 스크로울(15)를 제1의 스크로울(14)와 같은 방향으로 회전시키는 구동장치(31)과로 구성하고, 전기한 구동장치(31)을 제1및 제2의 스크로울(14),(15)의 경판(16),(19)의 어느것인가의 한쪽의 외부원주에 설치된 구동핀(32)와, 이 핀(32)를 끼워 맞추어서 직경방향으로 마련한 안내홈(33)과로 구성하고, 이 안내홈(33)과의 외부원주끝의 원의 궤도를 구동핀(32)의 중심의 궤도의 외측으로 한 것을 특징으로하는 스크로울 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 구동장치(31)을 복수개 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 스크로울 압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 한쪽의 스크로울의 랩을 인볼류우트 나선형, 다른쪽의 스크로울의 랩을 인볼류우트 각도보정 치형 나선형으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 스크로울의 랩을 반원호의 나선형으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
  5. 밀폐용기(1)내에 전동요소(2)와, 스크로울 압축요소(3)과를 수납하고, 이 스크로울 압축요소(3)을 경판(16)에 나선상의 랩(17)을 세워 설치해서 전동요소(2)에 의해 구동되는 제1의 스크로울(14)와, 이 제1의 스크로울(14)의 중심과 편심된 중심을 가지고 마주향해서 맞물리는 경판(19)에 나선형의 랩(21)을 세워 설치한 제2의 스크로울(14)와, 전기한 제1의 스크로울(14)를 축 지지하는 주 프레임(8)과, 전기한 제2의 스크로울(15)를 축지하는 보조프레임(10)과 전기한 제2의 스크로울(15)를 제1의 스크로울(14)와, 같은 방향으로 회전시키는 구동장치(31)과로 구성하고, 전기한 보조프레임(10)에 미끄러려 움직이는 홈(40)을 형성하고, 이 미끄러져 움직이는 홈(40)내에, 제2의 스크로울(15)를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 편심축받이 부재(41)을 설치하고, 이 편심축받이부제(41)을 제2의 스크로울(15)의 축을 삽입하는 편심부쉬(43)와, 이 편심부쉬(43)을 양측으로부터 유지하는 용수철(44), (45)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 구동장치(31)은 제1,제2의 스크로울(14),(15)의 경판(16),(19)의 어느것인가 한쪽의 외부원주에 설치된 구동핀(32)와 이 핀(32)를 끼워 맞추어서 직경 방향으로 마련한 안내홈(33)으로 구성하고, 이 안내홈(33)의 외부원주끝의 원의 궤도를 구동핀(32)의 중심의 원의 궤도의 외측으로한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기.
