제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치를 나타낸는 쌍롤(雙 Roll)식 금속급냉주조장치의 개념도.

Claims (1)

  1. 중량%로, 1.0~8%의 Ni, 0.1~0.8%의 P, 0.06~1.0%의 Si을 함유하고, 나머지가 Cu및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용탕금속 또는, 1.0~0.8%의 Ni, 0.1∼0.8%의 P, 0.06~1.0%의 Si, 0.03~0.5%의 Zn을 함유하고, 나머지가 Cu및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용탕금속을, 10C/초 이상 10C/초 미만의 냉각속도로 급냉응고시키고, 계속해서 상온까지 연속적으로 냉각시킴으로써 Ni-P, Ni-Si의 금속간화합물을 매트릭스 중에 미세하고 또 균일하게 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 동합금의 제조방법.
