Claims (12)

  1. 2내지 4개의 페놀성 히드록시기를 함유하는 페놀성 화합물 A를 치환되지 않거나 또는 2- 또는 3-위치에서 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 에피할로이히드린과 반응시키는 동안 상기 페놀성 화합물 A의 히드록시-당량당 0.0085몰의 글리시돌을 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 한정된 α-글리콜기 함량을 갖는 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페놀 화합물 A의 히드록시-당량당 0.017몰 이상의 3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올을 사용하여, 3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올의 형태로 글리시돌을 첨가하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 존재하에 반응시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 20내지 200℃에서 반응시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 40내지 120℃에서 반응시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 용매를 첨가하여 반응시키는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 친액성 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시키는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수산화나트륨, 나트륨 메틸레이트, 4차 포스포늄염 및 암모늄염으로 구성된 군으로부터 촉매를 선정하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 촉매가 2-페닐이미다졸인 방법.
  10. 제1항에, 화합물 A가 2가 페놀일 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서. 에피클로로히드린 및 글리시돌과 비스페놀 A를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올 형태의 글리시돌 및 에피클로로히드핀과 비스페놀 A를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
