제1도는 본 발명의 글리콜라이드 제조공정 개략도, 제2도는 불순한 글리콜라이드와 화학적으로 순수하며, α,β이성체가 혼재된 글리콜라이드의 시차주사 열분석 그래프.

Claims (5)

  1. 증류된 글리콜릭산의 증축합 혹은 에스테르화 공정에 의해 제조된 폴리하이드록시 아세틱에스테르를 고온에서 열분해하여 불순한 글리콜라이드를 제조하고 이를 재결정에 의해 화학적으로 순수하며, α,β이성체가 혼재된 글릭콜라이드를 제조함에 있어 상기의 공정물이 연속적이며, 제조시간이 짧고, 수율이 높으며, 단 1회의 재결정만을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜라이드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 증축합 혹은 에스테르화 반응이 의해 제조된 수평균 분자량 Mn이 10,000∼30,000, 중량평균 분자량 Mw가 40,000-100,000인 플리하이드록시 아세틱 에스테르 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 융점이 70℃이상, 용융열이 10Cal/g이상이며, 시판용 글리콜릭산에 대한 수율이 25% 이상인 불순한 글리콜라이드 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 재결정 시작온도가 80℃이하, 재결정 종료 온도는 15~45℃이며 단 1회의 재결정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적으로 순수하며 α,β이성체가 혼재된 글리콜라이드 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 복소점도가 15,000포아스 이상인 고분자량 폴리 글리콜라이드를 제조할 수 있는 융점이 80℃이상, 용융열이 20Ca1/g 이상인 화학적으로 순수하며, α,β이성체가 혼재된 글리콜라이드 제조방법.
