Claims (17)

  1. 내부표면부가 열가소성 코팅된 개블탑 용기에 있어서, (a)측면부, 바닥부 및 탑부를 갖는 용기본체와, (b)상기 용기본체의 탑부에 연결되어 상부방향으로 뻗는 제1삼각단 패널과, 상기 용기 본체의 탑부와 상기 제1삼각단 패널의 한쪽측 연에 연결된 제1폴드백 패널과, 상기 용기 본체의 탑부와 상기 제1삼각단 패널의 다른쪽 연에 연결된 제2폴드백 패널과, 상기 제1폴드백 패널에 인접하여 연결된 제1지붕날개 패널과, 상기 제2폴드백 패널에 인접하여 연결된 제2지붕날개 패널과, 제1지붕 패널과 상기 제1지붕날개패널에 연결된 제1지붕 리브 패널과, 제2지붕 패널과 상기 제2지붕날개패널에 연결된 제2지붕 리브패널과, 상기 제2지붕 리브패널의 상연에 연결된 제상부리브패널과, 상기 제2지붕 리브패널의 상연에 연결된 제2상부리브패널, 들을 구비하는 신장성 분출구와, (c)상기 분출구를 개방하는 힘을 줄이기 위해 상기 분출구가 개방될때 상기 제1상부리브패널과 상기 제2상부리브패널을 좌굴시키는 수단, 들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 좌굴하기 위한 상기 수단이 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄 밀봉 상태로 될때 상기 분출구 팁과 인접한 상기 제1 및 제2상부 리브패널에 형성된 노치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 개방력을 축소하기 위한 상기 수단이 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄밀봉 상태로 될때 상기 분출구 팁과 인접한 상기 제1 및 제2상부 리브패널의 최소한 한쪽 접면부에 접착성 층을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 개방력을 축소하기 위한 상기 수단이 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄 밀봉 상태로 될때 상기 분출구 팁과 인접한 상기 제1 및 제2상부리브 패널 한부가 상기 제1 및 제2상부리브 패널 나머지부의 결합력 보다 다소약하게 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  5. 개블탑 용기 구조물에 대한 수단에 있어서, (a)측면부, 바닥부 및 탑부를 갖는 용기 본체와, 용기 본체의 탑부에 연결되어 상향으로 뻗는 제1삼각단 패널과, 상기 용기 본체의 탑부와 상기 제1삼각단 패널의 한쪽 측연에 연결된 제1폴드백 패널과, 용기 본체 탑부와 제1삼각단 패널의 다른쪽 측연에 연결된 제2폴드백 패널과 제1폴드백 패널과 인접하여 연결된 제2지붕날개 패널과, 제1지붕패널과, 제1지붕날개패널에 연결된 제1지붕리브패널과, 제2지붕패널과 제2지붕날개 패널에 연결된 제1지붕 날개 패널과 제2폴드백 패널과 인접하여 연결된 제2지붕 리브패널과, 상기 제1지붕리브패널 상연에 연결된 제1상부리브패널과, 상기 제2지붕리브패널의 상연에 연결된 제2상부리브패널들로 포함하는 신장성 분출구를 구비하는 개블탑 용기 판지를 제공하는 단계와, (b)개블탑 용기 판지는 개블탑 용기로 형성하는 단계와, (c)개블탑 용기 분출구를 밀봉하는 단계와, (d)분출구가 개방할때 제1 및 제2상부리브패널의 좌굴을 일으켜 개블탑 용기 개방에 필요한 힘을 줄이는 제1 및 제2상부 리브패널에 항복점을 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부 리브패널에 노치를 형성하는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널에 미리 홈선을 내는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널이 약한 상호 결합하는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널이 약한 상호 결합하는 단계가 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널의 최소한 한쪽 접면부에 접착제를 적용하는 단계로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널이 약한 상호 결합하는 단계가 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널부에 첫번째 밀봉 압축을 적용하고, 상기 제1 및 제2상부리브패널 나머지부에 두번째 밀봉압축을 적용하는 단계로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널이 약한 상호 결합하는 단계가 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널 첫번째 밀봉온도를 적용하고, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널 나머지부에 두번째 밀봉온도를 작용하는 단계로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널이 약한 상호 결합하는 단계가 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 분출구 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널부에 첫번째 시간 간격에 대한 밀봉압축을 적용하고, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널 나머지부에 두번째 시간 간격에 대한 밀봉 압축을 적용하는 단계로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  13. 측면부, 바닥부 및 탑부를 갖는 용기 본체와, 용기 본체의 탑부에 연결되어 상향으로 뻗는 제1삼각단 패널과, 상기 용기 본체의 탑부와 상기 제1삼각단 패널의 한쪽 측연에 연결된 제1폴드백패널과, 용기 본체 탑부와 제1삼각단 패널의 다른쪽 측연에 연결된 제2폴드백패널과, 제1폴드백패널과 인접하여 연결된 제1지붕날개 패널과, 제2폴드백패널과 인접하여 연결된 제1지붕날개패널과, 제1지붕패널과 제1지붕날개패널에 연결된 제1지붕리브패널과, 제1지붕리브패널에 연결된 제1상부리브패널과, 제2지붕리브패널에 연결된 제2상부리브패널들을 포함하는 신장성 분출구를 구비하는 개블탑 용기 밀봉에 있어서, (a)밀봉표면 접면부를 갖는 한쌍의 마주보는 조와, (b)상호밀봉을 위하여 분출구의 접면 패널에 충분한 온도로 가열하는 수단과, (c)개블탑 용기를 밀봉하는 필요한 시간간격에 대하여 제1 및 제2지붕리브패널의 외부표면과 제1 및 제2상부리브패널을 필요한 압력을 가지고 상기조의 밀봉표면으로 압축하는 수단과, (d)제1및 제2상부리브패널부의 상호결합력을 줄이는 것을 개블탑 용기를 개방하는데 필요한 힘을 줄이는 수단, 들의 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상호 결합력을 줄이기 위한 수단이 축소된 압력으로 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄, 밀봉상태로 될때 상기 분출구의 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널에 적용하는 것으로 개블탑 용기를 개방하는데 필요한 힘을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2상부리브패널에 적용하는 축소된 압력이 제1 및 제2상부리브패널 사이의 낮은 밀봉 압력으로 일치하게 상기 밀봉조의 밀봉표면에 오목부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상호 결합력을 줄이기 위한 수단이 축소된 온도로 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄 밀봉상태로 될때 상기 분출구의 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널에 적용하는 것으로 개블탑 용기를 개방하는데 필요한 힘을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 결합력을 줄이기 위한 수단이 단축된 시간으로 밀봉압축으로 개블탑 용기가 폐쇄밀봉상태로 될때 상기 분출구의 팁과 인접한 제1 및 제2상부리브패널에 적용하는 것으로 개블탑 용기를 개방하는데 필요한 힘을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 개블탑 용기.
