Claims (6)
- 나트륨 알기네이트, 카르복실화된 그의 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물과 합성 고분자 전해질을 30:70내지 99:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 얻어진 생분해성 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 카르복실화된 나트륨 알기네이트의 유도체는 알기네이트의 수산기가, C1-C10인 카르복시알킬기로 치환된 카르복실알킬알기네이트이고, 상기한 합성 고분자 전해질은, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산 나트륨염, 폴리아크릴아미도-2-프로판 술폰산, 폴리스티렌 술폰산, 및 폴리메틸메타크릴산과 같은 산성 고분자 전해질 또는, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리아미노에틸메타크릴레이트와 그의 치환체, 및 폴리아크릴아미드와 같은 염기성 고분자 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 나트륨 알기네이트, 카르복실화된 그의 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물과 합성 고분자 전해질을 30:70 내지 99:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 얻어진 수지 조성물을 방사하여 섬유를 얻고, 이 섬유를 니들 펀치하여 부직포로 한후, 이를 소정 조성의 세척액으로 세척하고, NaOH용액내에 침지시켜 합성 고분자 전해질 내의 카르복실기를 나트륨으로 치환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물로 된 패드의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 카르복실화된 나트륨 알기네이트의 유도체는 알기네이트의 수산기가, C1-C10인 카르복시알킬기로 치환된 카르복시알킬알기네이트이고, 상기한 합성 고분자 전해질은, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산 나트륨, 폴리아크릴아미도-2-메틸-1-프롤판 술폰산, 폴리스티렌 술폰산, 및 폴리메틸메타크릴산과 같은 산성 고분자 전해질 또는, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리아미노에틸메타크릴레이트와 그의 치환체, 및 폴리아크릴아미드와 같은 염기성 고분자 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해서 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물로 된 패드의 제조방법.
- 나트륨 알기네이트, 카르복실화된 그의 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물과, 합성 고분자 전해질을 30:70 내지 99:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 얻어진 수지 조성물을 방사하여 섬유를 얻고, 이 섬유를 니들 펀치하여 부직포로 한후, 이를 소정 조성의 세척액으로 세척하고, NaOH용액내에 침지시켜 합성 고분자 전해질 내의 카르복실기률나트륨으로 치환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물로 된 패드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 카르복실화된 나트륨 알기네이트의 유도체는 알기네이트의 수산기가, C1-C10인 카르복시알킬기로 치환된 카르복시알킬알기네이트이고, 상기한 합성 고분자 전해질은, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산 나트륨염, 폴리아크릴아미도-2-메틸-1-프롤판, 술폰산, 폴리스티렌 술폰산, 및 폴리메틸메타크릴산과 같은 산성 고분자 전해질 또는, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리아미노에틸메타크릴레이트와 그의 치환체, 및 폴리아크릴아미드와 같은 염기성 고분자 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 및 고흡수성 수지 조성물로 된 패드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
