Claims (10)
- (a) 지시제 염료; (b) 하이드로퍼옥사이드; (c) 완충액; (d) 일반식(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고, m, n 및 p는 1 내지 약 3범위의 수이다)의 아민 보레이트 화합물 및 (e) 적합한 담체 비히클을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 시험 샘플과 접촉시 충분한 색변화를 나타내어 시험 샘플중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재 유무 또는 농도를 측정할 수 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시제 염료가 조성물 1당 약 5mmole 내지 약 60mmole 범위의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시제 염료가 산화 환원 지시제인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산화 환원 지시제가 벤지딘; 0-톨리딘;3, 3', 4, 5'-테트라알킬벤지딘(여기서 알킬 그룹은 1 내지 약 6개 탄소원자를 함유한다); 0-디아니시딘; 2, 7-디아미노플루오렌; 비스-(N-에틸퀴놀-2-온)-아진; (N-메틸벤즈트리아졸-2-온)-(1-에틸-3-페닐-5-메틸트리아졸-2-온)-아진 및 이의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시제 염료가 3, 3', 5, 5'-테트라메틸벤지딘인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로피옥사이드가 큐멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 디이소프로필벤젠 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 1-하이드록시 사이클로헥산-1-하이드로퍼옥사이드, 2, 5-디메틸헥산-2, 5-디하이드로퍼옥사이드, 파라멘탄 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 1, 4-디이소프로필벤젠 모노하이드로퍼옥사이드, P-t-부틸-이소프로필벤젠 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 2-(α-하이드로퍼옥시이소프로필)-6-이소프로필나프탈렌, 테트랄린 하이드로퍼옥사이드 및 이의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- (a) 지시제염료, 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 완충액, 일반식(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고, m, n 및 p는 1 내지 약 3범위의 수이다)의 아민 보레이트 화합물 및 적합한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물과 시험샘플을 접촉시키고, (b) 조성물의 색변화의 강도 또는 정도에 의해 시험 샘플중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재유무 또는 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하여, 시험 샘플 중의 과산화 활성 물질의 존재 유무 또는 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- (a) 지시제염료, 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 완충액, 일반식(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고, m, n 및 p는 1 내지 약 3범위의 수이다)의 아민 보레이트 화합물 및 적합한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물과 시험샘플을 접촉시키고, (b) 조성물의 색변화의 강도 또는 정도에 의해 생물학적 체액중 잠혈(occuit blood)의 존재유무 또는 농도를 측정함을 특징으로하여, 생물학적 체액내 잠혈의 존재 유무 또는 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- (a) 지시제염료, 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 완충액, 일반식(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고, m, n 및 p는 1 내지 약 3범위의 수이다)의 아민 보레이트 화합물 및 적합한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물을 갖는 시약 시험패드(pad)를 함유하는 분석물 검출 장치와 액체 샘플을 접촉시키고, (b) 분석물 검출장치를 검사하여 액체 샘플중에 존재하는 과산화 활성물질에 반응하여 나타나는 색변화를 측정함을 특징으로 하여 액체 샘플 중의 과산화 활성 화합물의 존재 유무 또는 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- 지용 스트립; 시약시험패드; 및 시약 시험 패드내에 혼입되는, (a) 지시제 염료, (b) 하이드로퍼옥사이드, (c) 완충액, (d) 일반식(여기서, R1, R2및 R3은 독립적으로 메틸그룹 또는 에틸그룹이고, m, n 및 p는 1 내지 약 3범위의 수이다)의 아민 보레이트 화합물 및 (e) 적합한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 액체 시험 샘플중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재 또는 농도를 측정하기 위한 분석물 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
