Claims (4)

  1. 광조사 수단으로 각종 정보를 독출하는 것이 가능한 광자기기록매체에 있어서, 기판(31)상에 평탄면으로 피착처리된 700A-2500A 두께의 알루미늄반사층소재(32)와, 상기 알루미늄 반사층소재(32)의 표층에는 그 반사층소재(32)와 광조사수단으로 상호 합금되어지는 700A-400A 두께의 인듐 광반응 소재(33)가 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체.
  2. 광자기기록매체 제조방법에 있어서, 기판(31)에 스퍼터링 또는 진공증착기법으로 평탄면을 이루는 광반사층소재(32)를 피착하고, 상기 광반사층소재(32)의 표층에는 다시 스퍼터링 또는 진공증착 또는 반도체의 화학증착법(CVD)으로 상기 광반사층소재(32)와 상호 광조사반응에 의한 열적요인으로 층경계면에서 합금층을 이루는 광반응소재(33)층을 적층시켜서 광기록매체(3)를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광반사층소재(32)를 알루미늄으로 하고, 광반응소재(33)를 인듐으로 하였을 경우에 공정합금의 공정온도를 110-230℃로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공정온도를 O2, N2, CH4가스가 잔존된 분위기하에서 박막을 형성할 때, 각 가스의 분압을 조절함에 따라 변화시킴을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체 제조방법.
